The birthday of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry — June 29th — is now called the Little Prince Day, taken after his most famous book: Le Petit Prince, The Little Prince. This is one of the most meaningful books inspiring my life. I have collected about 400 editions of this book from almost 400 languages in the world; and I have translated that book in Indonesian language, both in modern spelling system (Si Pangeran Kecil) and in ancient Van Ophuijsen orthography (Sang Pangeran Ketjil). The little prince is indeed inspiring the world!
Montblanc has launched three series of The Meisterstück Le Petit Prince, i.e. in 2018, 2019, and 2020. The Meisterstück Le Petit Prince LeGrand displayed here was launched in 2018. The colour of the body was inspired by the dark blue universe sky taken from the book. The cap, milled with a fox face pattern, reveals a sentence from the book and is crowned with the iconic emblem. The clip is embellished with a yellow lacquered star.
